Kenneth grew up fatherless, poor, and unable to read until he was adopted at 13. He had no blueprint for what a healthy marriage looked like. What he had was the determination to build one from scratch. Over 25+ years of pastoral ministry, executive leadership, and nonprofit founding shaped the tools, the language, and the presence he now brings into every coaching room.
Hope chose Kenneth at 24 and lost her family for it. She rebuilt: her values, her direction, her compass. She's a 15-year business owner, executive coach, and author of When Emotions Erupt. She reads a room before anyone speaks. She moves toward what's unspoken.
Together, 23 years of real marriage, 3 daughters, biracial, faith-rooted, through hard seasons and chosen repeatedly, is what they bring into every coaching room. They don't just teach this. They've lived it.
